Returns Policy

Within 14 days of receipt of product.
If you decide a product is not what you wanted, please return it within 14 days of purchase in an unused condition, packaging intact and seals or cellophane wrap if any, unbroken. Please quote your Customer ID & Order ID and we will refund the cost of the goods returned. Postage charges, both for the original order and the return of the goods, will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.

Faulty product.
If you find a product is faulty within it's warrenty period please return it, include your name, address and post code, after our inspection of the returned product and depending to the condition we will either replace or have it repaired and return it to you at no charge.
If after inspection the product is not faulty we will advise you and a charge for the return postage will be charged.

Vouchers.
If a product is returned and a refund is given, all vouchers that may have been given with the product will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. In cases where the vouchers have not been redeemed, then the full purchase price will be refunded.
