Within 14 days of receipt
of product.
If you decide a product is not what you wanted or is faulty,
please return it within 14 days of purchase in an unused
condition. Please quote your Customer ID & Order ID and we will
refund you the value as charged on your invoice.
After 14 days of receipt of product.
If you find a product is faulty after the 14 days please return
it at your expense, include your name, address and post code,
after our inspection of the returned product and depending to
the condition we will either replace or have repaired and return
it to you at no charge.
If after inspection the product is not faulty we will advise you
and a charge for the return postage will be charged.
Vouchers.
If a product is returned and a refund is
given, all vouchers that may have been given with the product
will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. In
cases where the vouchers have not been redeemed, then the full
purchase price will be refunded. |
